Yes, in web tools I disable the youtube thumbnail downloader.
and in SEO tools I disable all youtube related, like thumbnail downloader, tag extractor, etc. but not the generator like tag generator, description generator
simple is to disable all the tools which download things from youtube.

fixed,if you get the same problem please follow the steps below
go to components -> vendor -> arcanedev -> localization-> src- > middleware -> LocaleAuth.php in line 26 add this code

It seems that you're missing marketplace rule no. 3 from babiato terms and rules.
Do yourself some good and read the rules. Especially second half regarding marketplace rules.
