Hey, this topic is very specific and asks you to suggest the best in your opinion PLUGIN for Wordpress with which you can build a WEB DIRECTORY only for websites and let the users rate them with stars. This has to be a PLUGIN not a theme and it should be only for websites / website thumbnail / short description / user comments / user rating, no location type directories where you have lists of hotes, shops and others.Thanks! Once we have a suggestion I'll ad it to the poll.

I read it dude, And thats why i replied to your question. I am still finding that kind of plugin, but found none till date, Point finder is show feture reach and easy to customize that I havent found any script till date like that.
