Hello. I encountered similar problem as well. Tried to downgrade the theme and the The7 Elements plugin but it didn't fix the problem. Then I cleared all cache (I'm using WP Rocket) and it helped.

Bugs Fixed:

3. "Posts Masonry & Grid" widget. "Number Of Posts On One Page" doesn't work.
4. Elementor Popup. Images with Lazy Loading remain transparent.
