TassieNZ updated Thrive Theme Builder + Shapeshift Theme with a new update entry:

Thrive Theme Builder + Shapeshift Theme v1.4.0 NULLED

Biggest and more biggest thanks to @freenulled for the work on this. I don't think most of you realise what is involved in supplying some of these. Borrowing a license is the starting point. That is not easy. Then the integration and nulling!!!

== changelog ==
Fixes
  • Fixed an issue causing PHP warnings to appear in the Customizer in some instances
  • Fixed a compatibility issue with WP Job Manager plugin
  • Fixes for AMP validation errors
  • Fixed...

@TassieNZ @freenulled @NullMaster I am just being curious. Can you tell if shapeshift itself is always updated as the theme builder and plugins and other themes or it has been as it is since the day it's released?

I am asking because in thrive's change log, shapeshift has never been mentioned
Shapeshift regularly updated. Lots of changes from the original we offered. :)

So I believe this latest one too is updated then.

If yes, it means I have no option than to download and use this.
Yep! In my opinion you are better off waiting for our updates, rather than the way you do it! Think it just causes you problems in the long run.

And then you post here numerous times to get it working again!!! :)

Just my 10 cents worth!

lol..my issues came up because i used updates from here. that's why i was trying to avoid using it and going the other way which has so far proven to work for me. my only concern is shapeshift. if i can have the update link, i will prefer the other way @freenulled showed because as i said, that had worked for me. as a matter of fact, always replacing the licensemanager.php after a direct update has always worked well for me.

i am not rubbishing the hard work put into this as i mentioned yesterday.. it just doesn't work for me and i am tired worrying all of you. i can sometimes be impatient as well.

it is possible that a lot of people are still using an earlier version without knowing. because once you have an update, you have to import shapeshift again and that will remove your customizations.

i solved this by going to the page and restoring that page to previous edited versions. i also saved my header so i just replace new header with my old one for all pages.

take note guys

Make sure if you do a Group Buy you read the terms and conditions very carefully. Chances are very good you will loose the license very quickly and get banned.
well, true but i will be careful. it says 1 license for one website for 50 sites, I am going to try to achieve. whoever uses for more than one and we lose it, we all loose

Exactly what I had asked :)

When I load shapeshift, Do I complete their wizard again? Can you elaborate your process a bit?

Yes, you complete the wizard again. That's how loose you loose your home page, blog pages and normal page layout if you have done any changes. And your headers too.

But as I explained earlier, it can only be reversed by following the steps I followed (at least that's what I know for now)

What I did was updated shapeshift via import file (for some reason cloud wasn't working but thats okay) and didn't start the wizard. Just went to pages and checked. Each page was intact including the header. Didn't lose any customization. Only the wizard steps are reset.
So I think you only lose the customization when you complete the wizard from the start again. Solution would be:
1. Update thrive theme builder
2. Update shapeshift (cloud or import from inc/shapeshift) (thanks to @NullMaster @TassieNZ )
3. Activate the new shapeshift (It will be named shapeshift theme 1)
4. When the wizard starts again, just go back to dashboard. All your page customizations will be untouched :)

if you can confirm that the pages aren't using the theme of the old version but the new one since you didn't follow this wizard steps, then that's okay. but my thinking was, I should be sure I am using the new theme so I follow the wizard steps

If, as he mentioned in step 3 ... "Activate the new shapeshift (It will be named shapeshift theme 1)" then it must be the new one. Yes/No?
