It turned out to be a misconfigured laravel cache

You need to make changes and manually or through the control panel clear the Laravel cache
I successfully did this through the runcloud panel, now everything works fine

atrisan cache clear + config clear

I encountered these problems with the license, the developer just doesn't give a fu** about these problems, the evanto site also ignores this problem in the seller's code
