Guys, you need a VPS or a Dedicated server to run FFMPEG. On shared hosting, it won't work.

Exactly.. Today I had words with my provider, and they told me the same and they will not allow ffmpeg on shared hosting as it's require huge resources.

Any decent provider, wouldn't allow FFMPEG on shared hosting, but on a dedicated server or a VPS, you can customize it according to your needs, as the whole server is yours.
