If you don't know to setup your host it doesn't mean the script isn't working. WTH?!?!?! How did you come up with that conclusion?

Calm down, I know how to move the host, the point is that I extract the files in the directory, and open the link to start the installation as shown in the video step by step, but this link does not open.

It's a redirecting issue or php is faulty on your server (usually when it downloads the file)
See your htaccess file

And about calming down: you cannot call your car dealer and tell him your car doesn't start cause you forgot to turn the key in ignition.
