Its working now. in my case symlink was disabled in php.
enable app debug to true in .env file to check the issue.

It works but i cant get mails.

Failed to send mail, error reason[{'[email protected]': (550, b'5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table')}]
how to fix it?

When I enable recaptcha and try to create a new email, I get the GIANT refresh icon.
Any solution?

I didn't try that part, I arranged it. e-mail coming in. recapcha may be problematic. I'll try again.
