If that is the theme you say, inside the zip you downloaded there are 2 folders: Language and Theme OK?
Inside the language folder are English and Indonesian, which contain a .php file (which are only language templates) WITH THE WORDS TO EDIT.
You can start from the English "language.php" and edit that file until you finish it, once finished, go to:
"Theme">animestream>inc>language.php folder and replace the old file with the new one you edited.
