Follow steps again with a clean IP, see i tested it then shared and no just me but many others users in this thread confirmed it worked for them. ;)

Okey, right now i didn't get option to pay via amazon. I used urban VPN or Hola VPN. Even i used on google chrome: github com/locale-switcher/locale-switcher to change language. Still nothing :/
