There may be a conflict, you should check again. For example I have a new purple...

My admin top bar is one plain white line. The links are there but it's all one white line.

Not sure why, but the menu editor seems to be slightly broken. Since the update, the "Hidden for Roles" text field no longer works. If I type "Author" for example, it used to provide a list to select from and then I could save.

Now it seems to function only as a text box, and saving does not result in any changes.

Clicking in the box seems to reveal the following error message in the console:
