this usually happen because of conflict, if you are using woof plugin disable it, or woo deposit, disable it.

It's usually a memory issue and happens when too many widgets are loaded.

You can add this into your htaccess file
(effective on Localhost, didn't tried on distant server yet)

PHP: 
# BEGIN case elementor freeze add this in htaccess file

LimitRequestBody 99999999999

<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>

<IfModule mod_php5.c>
php_value post_max_size 5M
php_value upload_max_filesize 5M
php_value memory_limit 128M
php_value max_execution_time 300
php_value max_input_time 300

This way not work. You can't install addons like "Titles and heading"

I will try to increase memory limit on the server and see if it works

EDIT: I already had 256mb memory limit on my server so that was fine but adding this to htaccess on live server worked and now Elementor loads fine. Is it safe to keep it on live server?
