the download is really a problem!!! the file is allocated in a "farmer" of redirection to DELOPLEN pages

Use firefox, close a couple of redirects(about 3-6)...the download popup should appear soon afterwards. From experience when I use chrome the redirects are incessant

@startopub is actually right...the Superadmin module appear to be be installed but the features provided by the same are missing, ie the package subscriptions, packages etc
