So you are saying none of the themes you tried to install were running at your WP?
Have you checked whether it is asking for any purchase code for activation?

Anyway i just checked musart-music-label-and-artists-wordpress-theme , did you unzip that file before uploading?
This because there are more zip files inside (musart.zip and musart-child.zip) and those you have to upload not the "main zip file"
