another way to use,
Delete Uncode theme and plugins
Install default Wordpress theme
Install Database Cleanup (Plugins Garbage Collector) Plugin
Scan with plugin

You'll get unused table entries. You can try to clean this way...

Thank you for your help. i indeed looked that up and found those uncode options. i'm only concerned about the theme settings being deleted when removing these options from the mysql table.

Before make any actions export your theme settings.

you can make that Uncode > Options Utils > Theme Options > Export

Only u need to copy code...

Could you share screen shot and more details about error?

* Btw It cloud be happen sometimes when you trying to import demo to existing site...

Here is it, that error comes up on every option to import theme item

Check system status pls... be sure Max Input Vars value.
WP Memory Limit could be problem too.
maybe that caused by time out.

maybe you can share system status too...

Everything is green and system status fine and error appear in a second..

Another question: Do u making new website or trying to change theme?
If its clean one delete everything and start over if its not :

That plugin is unchanged from the factory version so not sure what that's about.
