Hi guys, how do you deal with this error in Envato Elements when importing a template? I tried to get new files but the error is still there.

Not 100% sure, but it feels that this plugin: Jeg Elementor Kit, is causing some sort of conflict.

Try disabling it.

Thanks Man
Great to know this :)

According to the logs, that plugin was throwing an error so it was the most probable cause. This time was pretty easy to spot, but occasionally, it could go really hard.

There is a little plugin very useful when you find errors on WordPress called Health Check. It lets you disable all plugins and just use the ones you need to check. And the best thing is that your visitors won't notice this because it disables the plugin, but just for testing purposes, not on the front end.

99% of the issues with WordPress are because of conflicts between plugins, so in this case, when you find an error, you go into troubleshooting mode, and start enabling one by one the plugins. And when you find the error, you will see the culprit.
