This downtime has been on for over 1 hour now, I dont think your server is reliable. I need to move back to my previous host.

MySQL to MariaDB got stuck. and we have fixed after restore backup of MySQL and then we have shouted down the MySQL server and done the upgrade to MariaDB. It's a one-time upgrade and fixed everything
