Still SSL is not working/valid ...!!

also i paid for service and got this notice:

Overdue on Payment
This hosting package is currently Suspended.
You cannot continue to use or manage this package until it is reactivated.

Still ftp with filezilla don't work.Through file manager stop after a while..

Could you try with port 22 ? Do not try the wrong port or password more than 3 times. That can be lead to IP block from firewall

idk what happened to their hosting ?.. was very slow, then got an email stating its moved to US - then another followed saying on popular demands, they moved back to original . today all our test sites gone -- deleted ??.. cannot log in to Cpanel.. the lure for low cost is causing more frustation and producvitivy loss for even using these hosting sites for tests..
