FFMPEG is mainly used for live streaming which not default added service. You can install the plugin through SSH. Do you need SSH access?

Livechat mainly responds in business hours and for sales purposes. for technical questions, you can drop a ticket or Whatsapp message.

for FFMPEG you can install the plugin through SSH

I have sent PM to get 500GB free cloud drive.

To get your Free SSL to follow my steps

Login Cpanel > Security menu > SSL/TLS > Generate CSR key

and wait for 20 minutes. Then SSL will be automatically active
