Hi,
I transferred my domain from previous hosting to yours nearly 4 hours ago by changing DNS as explained by the support. But I cant reach to my site on CPanel on my previous host. Additionally the site does not appears on the web. I already created a support request but I didnt get an answer yet. I would also transfer my existing wordpress but since I cant reach the site, I couldnt. I need your help. BR

Use your IP address/temporary cpanel link sent to you when you first purchased your host from the previous registrar.
Additionally.. the site is not appear on the web is solved by cganging my ISP DNS on the router. (Just for information)
there is problem with your hosting, i cant upload ffmpeg files from script, its always auto delete after i upload via file manager or ftp, can u fix it please?

Normally DNS propagation takes up to 24 hours. But technically it should be fine within a few hours. You can also check your DNS propagation from this site https://dnschecker.org/
