We can not use PayPal because it is forbidden in Turkey. I use a VPN and pay by credit card, but it's also forbidden. Please add another payment method.
Did you change the nameservers of your domain to ns1.ruu.cloud and ns2.ruu.cloud ?
If you already did that, it may take up to 24hr to see the results.

I have created an account since Friday February 9, 2020. While doing so o also bought a domain name, hosting, I was send an email for new account information which also talked about propagation for the site which is 48 hours. Installed WordPress via my Cpanel but I am still unable to access the website. Can I know what's happening. Here is attached copy of my invoice.

you should keep this on PayPal and go to the next page, there are two options
- login to PayPal and place the order
- below the login form it writes Pay with credit card
