The person is using Hostpixal's servers. They are offering UNLIMITED CPANEL ACCOUNTS, RESELLER HOSTING for $15 for 3 years, reseller hosting. Even cPanel won't be able to afford to give you such service if they decide. Please do some research before buying it. Later on, if they close down, you will lose your hard work, data, websites, etc. So do not forget to take backups every hour. They can just vanish anytime.
Just my 2 cents, before I see members here losing money!

One more thing, the host that cannot afford WHMCS, isn't worth the money. If you have paid via PayPal, please get your money back. I am sure, the service won't even last a year.
