i have read all the rules regarding creating resource but still confused
i have a resource that i want to share but it is untouched and i can't null it
1. can i make a thread for my resource?
2. who will null it?

Don't worry just share it... It will be nulled

What kind of resource it is? Is it a Android Application or PHP Code or JS Code?

admin templates , its cuba admin template , and php script like tmail and few others

i've already submitted a new resource request but i put untouched one
and i made a thread in nulled request section

i've read the rules and it says i can submit a new resource without it being nulled , but there are still people posting resource in nullled request thread , since im not sure which way is right so i did both

I don't think that it requires any license for nulling. Even it doesn't require nulling.

It's just a template.

thank you for your help , im a newbie here so i thought it requires nulling , i've uploaded the resource and it has been accepted , many thanks , also thanks to @Koodex @ukgamer and @k18acc2
