I have not specified in the text, but I mean each upload of each version
So for example for Elementor plugin there are 27 versions in 2022, then this count as 27 resource uploads?
Ok, as I expected.
As a sidenote, it should count, because there are ver simple resources as template kits or some scripts that are virtually costless and count as 1 resource, but each simple version of any plugin sometimes costs a ton! It would be a good reward in many cases specially for those rare plugins that many want but no one purchase.
Although I see your point, adding each update as a resource is unnecessary and will create a number of concerns, including difficulties with site search, potential SEO problems, and maintaining all the links active will be annoying.
A resource update should not be counted as a resource, We have a relatively stable reputation system, and I believe that people who post high-quality content will enjoy a strong standing reputation. Our reputation system is based on reaction scores and points, and each update has the opportunity to submit a reaction score.
LOL And what about the 100's/1000's myself and @Tomz update? People who have created Resources, but then never update. They would then get extra "points" for having done zero!!! 
Yes I understand, but as I said, feeble quality resources do count (like some scripts and kits), while very well demanded plugin version are not counting at all, so as @TassieNZ say, many people are just first uploading and forgetting about futures updates
Some people that are updating like @TassieNZ 1000s of updates, will have like 2000 or 3000 resource points, not 41 as he has right now. While others that are uploading a ton of first resources, but never update, will even lose resource points (because they will be taken over).

You mean when you update other users resources? You should take over that resource if the creator is not updating it for a while!

Others are updating tons of new resources and have 1000s-2000s resources in the system. It simply doesn't have any sense to me. But I suppose this is fine
