first you need to know if everything is ok in the base settings, then access it like this:
yourdomain / server_req.php
If everything is ok - check the files: htacess + PHP files that connect to the database.
+
checks the server time with the time configured in the PHP file (this disrupts the panel's operation)
+
The ports must be free for communication between the apps (some servers block them)
if none of this works, let me know.
