There is no public_html/application folder in files after version 2.0. Why?

The problem occurs when I do a bug fix. It says core/Codeigniter.php file does not exist. And guess what we're missing? Of course, Codeigniter.php file :D Do not do half-baked work. I took the Modesy software files and patched them into it. It worked but not stable. Let's have a look at the post-v2.0 versions that have been PROPERLY untouched. It seems that the files of the script attached to the forum are missing now. There is a blank page problem. Or if you have different solutions, let me know. I could not install the 2.0 version with the content in the forum.
