Try to edit the addon.xml, delete compatibility version check or change it to sweet your cs-cart version

remove lines 12 to 15 or edit to put the max version to the actual one

We all seem to have the same problem with the blank frontpage.

Update: followed the updated instructions, i.e. cleared system cache and browser cache and now I have the frontend.

It's working fine with 4.12.2 SP1

Hi @jouls
i did as you guided above and copy the content of index file to root theme directory in my site, also i have cleared my browser cache & cookies many time and i have deleted the cache folder in var directory, but unfortunately white blank page still there. i have checked the debugger there is no blocks loaded at all.
sorry for bothering but could you please advise if you don't mind?

after install theme & other plugins,
now you should be uninstall the vivashop & install it again.
just the theme not plugins.

or you can change vivashop theme number to other number, than click icon storefront icon from admin panel (on top left) and waiting for loading ....


# BTW, i am preparing cs-cart 4.12.2 sp1 # Nulling mode On..
