Edit your php/php.ini settings to ramp up your upload settings
post_max_size & upload_max_filesize should be setted to 1024M.
If your files are greater than this, increase them to your liking.

the developer says that the script works on shared hosting but when installing it is asking for a max_execution_time of at least 600 and my hosting only has 240.

?It's no use increasing if the hosting plan only goes up to 300 I was advised vps but I don't know how to use it :,,(

i don't know what hosting you on,but i never got limited settings on php.ini on every cpanel
