I am not trying to be critical here but from your description of your situation, it doesn't even look like ransomware. I don't think ransomware specifically removes your "local databases". I might be wrong though ...
Also if ransomware removed your data, there would be nothing to ask ransom for! so there is that.

I am genuinely curious to learn more about this and I am not dismissing you in any way. But if you believe there is malicious code in the template, you need to provide some information that we can count

Unfortunately, i am not knowledgable about how to find ransomwares specifications. All i can do to help people is let them know what happened to me. The database details i added inside this template was online. By "not live" i meant that its not being used by anyone except me and no domain has been installed to it. I never had this attack before, i am running many websites without this template. One major red flag for me is that no one else knows of the database login. I am a single developer. I hope someone more professional can look on this issue. I am just telling about what happened to me. And this happened after 2-3 months of going online with this project. The project is almost dead and no work was being done on it currently.
