There is a new version of W3 Total Cache available. View version 2.1.6 details or update now.

Take a minute to update, here's why:

• Fix: JS minify issue with template literal backticks
• Fix: Do not redirect when using WP-CLI
• Fix: Missing whitespace in Memcached Nginx configuration
• Fix: Setting for CDN over passive FTP
• Fix: Updated CDN Minify regex
• Fix: Added missing text domains and fixed translations
• Enhancement: Allow default AWS credentials provider
• Enhancement: Added error logging when minification base URL is not found

I think the previous version has a redirect code. A site I use was redirected to a spam site. Deleting the plugin fixed it.

Almost identical except for positioning in functions.php!

On quick test mine seems fine.

I have never asked this question before.
But according to Virustotal, Microsoft identifies this as Trojan.
This was not the case with previous versions. and other 2.1.6 zips.

It is a false positive. Downloaded directly from the Developer and just one line of nulling!
