but how we can set it to true when we are installing this and we also don't have the database file for importing to phpmyadmin

Before running this code please check database table. If empty then try this code. If not empty that means after 500 error the database is imported itself.
yes it's imported thank you, logged in to admin panel, but there is another issue that any one can register on this app in this way, is there any super admin section then?

I'm not the author of this script and if you want then you have to make this type of features by yourself.
everything is installed, Node JS is also installed, while scanning whatsapp I keep the scanner active almost for 3 minutes but it keeps scanning and refreshing and saying scan code again, but not connecting
