I have tested this for him and based on the instructions, the files provided, there is an issue and I say it's server related issue. I have cleaned up what was wrong and went back over it. It's a server issue as I got the copy to work but it has to read the public_html folder inside the public_html to work... stupid, but yeah server side more.

someone have try to install it on profreehost.com ? there is no root folder , just a /htdocs folder , i have upload all inside but when i try to acces site i'm having blank page and nothing in the log !!! i think it's a htacess issue ?
