It looks like there is an error with "admin-menu-editor-pro" plugin. Either reinstall it or find yourself another plugin. Not every plugin is compatible with every theme. If a fresh copy of your theme causes the fresh copy of this plugin to break, no point having headache over it, find an alternative.
You can use other restriction plugins for WordPress such as the ones mentioned here.
