Hey guys is it possible to integrate with woocommerce with this api WHATSAPP REST API FOR WAZIPER/WHATSAPP MODULE FOR STACKPOSTS

I wanted for when the customer buys the product he will be notified of the status of the purchase on whatsapp then I tried this (Webhook)

https://example.com.br/api/send.php?number=84933313xxx&type=text&message=test%20message&instance_id=609ACF283XXXX&access_token=869a20dcb6645b68096a06a3f8660a29

Oh I did that here, but it's giving an error on the return

https://example.com.br/api/send.php?source=php&phone='.$phone.'&text='.urlencode($message)&instance_id=6295FB848E4E3&access_token=869a20dcb6645b68096a06a3f8660a29

Could someone shed some light on me
