Hello, Where can I sell the templates I have prepared with Elementor Pro? I want to sell my templates as a single price (Home, Services, About Us, Contact) for 7 or 8 dollars.

As templates .json we cannot sell them on Themeforest. It does not accept .json files.
Themeforest only accepts files that have been converted into a wordpress theme.
I think the only solution is, as you said, I will create a store for myself and sell through my site.

If this is not like a random project of yours and in fact is a long-term thing you want to eventually build a legit online money making business...Then yeah, for sure!
It´s not even debatable for me, really.
Keeping full control of everything, cutting down transactional fees, building a customer base, email list, etc., this is just too valuable to pass on.
On a side note and as a happy and proud WP + Elementor Pro user who lacks creativity when it comes to building sites, I am looking forward to seeing your sites/templates.
Hopefully, you throw there a special discount/coupon code for all BABIATO members

Currently, there are templates made with Elementor, one of which is complete and the other with minor shortcomings.

If the design is good, you can sell it for more.
A client of mine once bought 5 Elementor json files for $79 before we met.
She got it as a zip file.
So, you just zip the json file and sell as a downloadable zip file.

Yeap, I know. But I don't want to rely on only these. I also have the Astra Pro which also comes with many starter sites and blocks.
I also have to install Envato WP plugin that comes with many free layouts, full sites, and blocks. But still, I need to further personalize these to offer a unique product for my SEO clients.
Nobody here can answer this.
My guess is, it´s going to be a difficulty for exactly the same reason you mention above. There are many sources from where people can get pre-made templates, even for free (I just mentioned some).
I bought the Astra Pro + Elementor Pro pack from @medw1311 which gave me access to plenty of full sites layout designs and blocks for like $10.
Also, Envato offers many site layouts and blocks completely for free. And, you can easily get Envato Elements for free from where you can request themes and templates there.
Everything depends on what you´re offering and the quality and uniqueness of your designs.
But I see a lot of jobs over Upwork (Where I offer my SEO related services) paying way more than $8 for a 5-page setup, design and layout.
I would run PPE ads on Facebook to see how people react. This is how you can "test" a product or service for cheap.

Did this client knew how to use Elementor?
Most of the people that know elementor, could replicate a site just by seeing it... im one of those....
I once had a similar idea, i made a plugin that imported the template into elementor etc... i soon discarded that project....
If i were to do it once again, i would offer a free Theme on Wordpress, to get Exposition and FREE Traffic...
Then offer more themes, PREMIUM themes on my Site...
This is how OceanWP and many others have done it.

No she didn't. She only knew how to do some edits.
So when the person who is also a female introduced the templates to her, she liked it and decided to purchase it, since it was ready made and it was designed to suit a membership site.
We met a little after then.

Where can I find platforms where I can do Elementor jobs? (For example: sites like Upwork)

Have you made a plugin that automatically converts the elementor template into a wordpress theme?
2. What are the conditions for adding themes to the WordPress themes section? Can I publish my templates prepared with Elementor Pro free in the themes section of Wordpress?
Is there a document with template files about how to upload the template to the recipient? Or were there only .json files in the .zip file?

There was like a 20 steps PDF tutorial file for importing the json files and applying it to a page etc etc.
