The title says it's nulled. But I believe it's not.
Because if you look at the license.php file, it seems to be the encoded original file. whereas if it was nulled, the license.php file should have been decoded. (Haven't tested it though)

That should be false positive in most cases. Ignore Trojan alerts.

How to nulled this version 8.3.0 script?
Step 1 : go to : public_html/includes/functions.php
copy all the codes that are in the file funtionCode.txt and paste them in the Function.php file, replace everything that is there
Step 2 : go to the vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/License.php
copy all the codes that are in the file license.txt and paste them in the License.php file, replace everything that is there
And the domain checker will work very well and without any problem after the above steps
