Login to your WHMCS>Setting>Domain Pricing>Lookup Provider>Select Standard whois

Hi, can you please help me with this issue.

I have connected a cPanel server and created one shared hosting plan.
Create command is working fine, but when i click on terminate, account is terminating in cpanel but i get this error in WHMCS

Code:

Module Terminate Failed - Service ID: 10 - Error: Connection Error: (43)

I have another old WHMCS 8.2.1 in same server on separate sub domain, it that both create and terminate are working fine. I tried to create on same server.

please check all crons.
if crons expired then add it again.

Сron is working. Domains are updated on a schedule . Emails are being sent. Invoices are issued (((
I'm a beginner and don't know how to restart cron. The fact is that I have WHMCS installed without a hosting panel. Maybe it is possible to execute the necessary commands through the terminal? But I don't know them ((

Hello,

How to download WHMCS via Softaculous. When I tried, it asked for a valid license key. The license field can't be empty and random keys throws the "The license you entered is not a valid one. Please enter a Valid License" error.
