There are many solutions that can do the work well, the list bellow are all free:

  • Webmin + Virtualmin (postfix)
  • Cyberpanel (postfix)
  • Aapanel (postfix)
  • ISPConfig (postfix)
  • CWP (postfix)

  • Fastpanel (exim)
  • VestaCP (exim)
  • HesstiaCP (exim)

  • Cloudpanel (no mail server support)
You can add Spanel, Cloudpages and Keyhelp too. If possible, please mention if each of them support Apache, Nginx and Litespeed servers.

You can check your new DNS settings at different online services, i.e. -> https://mxtoolbox.com/emailhealth

If you want to pay for services cPanel is the best options.
If you want a free panel, then I recommend aaPanel 👍
