how can i install the Category like on the Example, that when i click on the Category i only see this category on the same page ?

It's calling "ajax". and with "any axaj based" plugin you can do that. But please remember that an example which you gave us is custom-made website and it's very fast and when you use any plugin for that it could not be fast as like that example.
