WooCommerce checkout show/hide fields based on radio button choice

Hai friends.I need 3 options in checkout field for a restaurant. its three radio buttons. pick up delivery and dining. if customers choose the option pickup or delivery there get a time slot which they can choose. If they choose dining option they will get option like room table for flat. from that customer need to choose the room number or table number or flat number.For doing this is there any plugin or code is available? please reply your suggestions.I already Checked a thread on stack overflow https://stackoverflow.com/questions...nal-fields-based-on-radio-buttons-choices.But Its not working for me.any suggestions please


Here when a customer choose delivery or pickup he need to get a time slot. But when dine in choose he needs to get another 3 options like room, table or flat .From that 3 options he needs to select the room number, table number or flat number. That option I can't find on the plugin
