That's very strange, I have all pluigns disabled, And with you the shopping cart widget works when you add something to the cart?Working for me.

With the full AJAX store (which I use) I have no issues as logged in or guest, which version have you installed ?

Had the same problem. didn't change the quick view settings, instead the below instructions fixed it for me:
- Make sure "Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives" in the Woocommerce > Settings > Products and "Display Widget" in the Theme Settings > Shop are enabled.
- Go to Theme Settings > Performance > JS and turn on "Advanced scripts controls". Then change Magnific popup library to "Always load" and save theme settings.

I have installed the latest version now, the add to cart button on the product page does not work, but the add to cart button on the homepage works
