It worked. Strange but on one server I didn't have it during the upgrade and the other got this error.

I never had this issue on fresh installation of Woodmart. It occurred the first time I migrated a website.
I scratched my head for long to fix it. Tried deleting and reinstalling theme with different versions.
It was really annoying issue. So i figured this trick finally after so many attempt to fix.

dont update to wordpress 5.8 since it broke the widgets and they didnt update yet

If you upgrade wordpress to 5.8 and widgets broked, you can install "classic widgets" Plugin to fix this issue.
I have reverted the wordpress version to version 5.7.2 and will wait for Woodmart to update it. It seems more convenient to me.
If Woodmart is not updated in a month, I think I'll change the theme then.
By the way, I found a very interesting link on optimizing this theme Woodmart

It was created by extremely brilliant and intelligent people
Like @opolo says, install free CLASSIC WIDGETS plugin from wordpress.
All themes are having problem with the new Gutenberg blocks for widgets.
Wordpress devs loveeeeeee this terrible blocks and this shithole Gutenberg and fu** with all the world to use this sh**. Messes with all installations and force everyone to use a "editor" that is a worst type of sh** to edit anything.
At least is lighter than Elementor, WpBakery and many others. But I defy anyone to construct a full page from ground with Gutenberg Blocks!

The core plugin is inside the dowloaded folder. Go to woodmart\inc\plugins\ and its there.
