Why you not use the proper nulled version then?
Do not have that issue on local testing, sandbox testing or live testing.
Finally, that should not be your line 10 of that php file anyway, this should be line 10

To burst your bubble too, if you had looked at @Tomz original uploaded version, then that line 10 of yours is already as you had suggested.

No issues with PHP8, local uses nightly build of WPv6.1 and PHP8 and Woodstock theme runs fine on it.
Should try looking at your own settings for WordPress and make sure that they are above all the required.

version 6.5.0 broke a lot of things. header builder button did not work. updated to 6.5.1 and still errors. But looks like 6.5.2 fixed it. This works...Thanks

I have a version of this theme that I am testing to buy it. if I replace files via ftp in this that you uploaded, I would get the sign that is not activated?

Just tested before updated here on local and sandbox with MegaMarket theme and both install demo fine during theme setup.
If anybody gets AJAX error then first try increasing all of your PHP settings to a higher value.
They even mention that on their own forum support page here.

Hi,
I'm from Spain and I live in Germany, but I write in english because is only allowed to speak in english hier.
I bought this theme one year ago, but now the license is spired. I'm still able to download but I can't get support.
