Unfortunately, I could not find this plugin. What I did was use Parsehub https://www.parsehub.com to get reviews and then bulk added them using reviewx plugin https://babiato.tech/resources/reviewx-pro-accelerate-woocommerce-sales-with-reviewx.9604. Hope this helps
