a lot of my sites today got backdoor redirect and i think it's because of this plugin. users on codecayon are complaining

I recommend not using this plugin in the current version (3.53.3).
The same is failing security and allowing your site to be hacked.
The error is exclusive to the developer himself who has not released any patch updates so far.
Several people have had their site hacked because of this.

EDIT: i read your last post after my post and report, sorry for that, my website is hack maybe due to this bug but i have 3.50.10 version installed, hacker was successfully changes my siteurl to his redirect site along with his email. but my admin pasword never changed my database details remain same. just coriuse how he change the url and admin email without the admin rights. it means he was successfully controled my db

If its wordpress, please open phpmyadmin. then find wp options. if its redirect hack, you will find the url your site is been linked to. Thanks

That's a serious cause of concern..
Guys u all should check ur site once for any abnormal thing.. REMOVE thing plugin and its data..

You must first back up the database
The first step : Open phpmyadmin .Delete duplicate tables ... as in the picture
This is an example of duplicate tables
The repeating template name contains a number
Then open a table : _options
Then
Delete the strange links and replace them with your site link
