What does mean for us guys?? is pirating and nulling even mean the same thing at all??

No it doesn't mean anything for us. The statement says that sharing them on the Wordpress.org forums is prohibited.

To be short, nulled themes and plugins cannot be distributed through wp.org

i know nulling is NOT illigal , but got a bit confused the statements on the article, well i completly relieved now thanks guys
