Guys I have a serious Problem, let me point out few things first....
My Project is WP MultiSite (BuddyPress)
  1. I have Dev environment in Local Host
  2. I Have Test Environment In a GoDaddy Server
  3. I Have Prod Environment in Prod Server

What I was doing till now as Prod was not released, I was using Duplicator Pro for Migrating Dev to Test Environment (The whole site + Old + New modules)

Now....
  1. How can I migrate from Test Environment to Prod Environment ?(Hope I can use Duplicator Pro for the first time)
  2. How can I migrate next releases without affecting the Prod Site from Test Environment?
  3. How can I backup the Prod site (If anything fishy happens), I want a backup which can bring me back all the posts and all.

Your suggestions and support needed.
Thanks in advance.

If you want, you can use Blogvault to take backups and migrate websites. It is a very good solution. Duplicator is a hit and miss solution, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Also, if you are using cPanel hosting, you can use the Softaculous backup feature. It comes in very handy.

Thank you brother for your suggestions, I'll try these.
Will Blogvault can take incremental backup?
