I deactivated all the plugins.. also chnaged the theme also but still cant able to open CUSTOMIZER.. Pl see the image. & help me..

Actaully Its a client website. He having only 1 theme. Rest i installed few things my own and then i tried opening customizer.. but all the same.. nothing
