Go into Settings > Reading and disable your Blog page as your Post page, save changes and, then, you can edit that page with Elementor.

After you´re done, switch it back to Post page.

If you don't see 'Settings' in your WordPress menu (it's near the bottom) there's either something wrong with your set-up or you're not an Administrator.

already installed all addons but,
The looks isn't even similiar with the sample pic
