Wordpress members chat (to each other) plugin?

I need a plugin where members can communicate with each other 'privately' BUT Site Admin can see these messages?

In no way are we pretending it's a private chat, but we want a moderated conversation between 2 people...where no one else can see the message.

I don't even know how to start my search...

Maybe try a forum plugin. Most should come with some form of private messaging.

You should create like portal system and i suggest to you use UserPro and addons

go for any multiple chat plugin that use firebase, from firebase, you can read all chats
